Welcome to Primed to Conceive, a 5-week physical reset designed to help you restore your energy, improve egg quality, and support your body in preparing for conception—especially over 40.

Each module builds on the next, guiding you through the foundational layers your body needs to feel resourced, ready, and primed to receive.

MODULE ONE

Hydration, Breath + Nervous System Grounding

We begin by restoring the body’s most foundational systems. Learn how to hydrate effectively at the cellular level, regulate your nervous system, and use breath to support hormonal balance and safety. When your body feels grounded and nourished, conception becomes possible.

MODULE TWO

Sleep + Animal-Based Nutrition

In this module, you’ll explore the powerful role of restorative sleep and nutrient-dense foods—especially those that support hormone health, egg quality, and ovulation. We’ll break down what your body actually needs and how to provide it in simple, sustainable ways.

MODULE THREE

Movement + Supplementation

Discover how to move in a way that increases circulation, oxygenates the reproductive organs, and supports detoxification. You’ll also learn which supplements are most effective for fertility—and how to simplify your routine so your body can absorb what it truly needs.

I'M JULIe zhenning

After more than 25 years supporting women on their motherhood journey, I’ve seen countless women be told that their age is the problem—and not given the full picture of what their bodies are truly capable of. I created Primed to Conceive because the conversation around fertility, especially after 40, is missing something essential: real, foundational support that strengthens the body at its core and honors its innate wisdom.

With a background in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA and a Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine (magna cum laude), I bridge science and ancient wisdom to help women rebuild what’s been depleted, misunderstood, or dismissed.

I’m also the author of Cracking the Egg Myth: Proven Ways to Improve Egg Quality—and this program brings that book to life. It’s a practical, empowering roadmap to help women optimize their physical health and feel confident in their body’s ability to conceive.

FAQs

Is this program only for women over 40?

No. While Primed to Conceive is designed with the 40+ woman in mind, it’s just as powerful for anyone who’s been told their fertility is “diminished” due to low AMH, poor egg quality, POI (poor ovarian insufficiency), DOR (diminished ovarian reserve), irregular cycles, or a long TTC journey. If your body feels out of sync—and you’re ready to restore it—this program will meet you there.

When do we start?

The first module is released on May 19, 2025.

What if I’m vegetarian or vegan?

This program gives you tools. Take what serves you, and know that any step toward supporting your body is a powerful one.
For optimal results, this program includes a nutrient-dense, animal-based approach to nutrition, rooted in what best supports hormone production, egg quality, and cellular repair. That said—nutrition is just one part of the entire blueprint.

If you’re not ready to incorporate animal products, you’re still welcome. Many women find deep transformation through the other modules focused on hydration, sleep, movement, detox, nervous system support, and energetic alignment.

What happens when I get pregnant?

First of all—congratulations. Everything inside Primed to Conceive continues to support you during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The nutrition, nervous system tools, and mindset shifts are all designed to help your body stay nourished, grounded, and balanced—not just to conceive, but to carry and grow life.
