Day 1: Your fertility frequency for 2026 starts now 💫
Welcome to Day 1.
For the next 12 days, we’re doing something different.
You’re not going to learn more information. You’re not going to add more protocols. You’re not going to do more research.
You’re going to practice becoming a frequency.
Not the frequency of urgency, fear, and control.
But the frequency of trust, peace, and openness.
The frequency your baby recognizes. 💫
Today’s Practice: What Do You Want 2026 to Feel Like? (5 minutes)
Find a quiet moment. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes.
Ask yourself: “How do I want to FEEL as I move through my fertility journey in 2026?”
Not: “What outcome do I want?”
Not: “What do I want to achieve?”
But: How do I want to feel?
Let the feeling words come:
- Peaceful
- Grounded
- Trusting
- Aligned
- Present
- Connected
Notice what arises. Write down your top 3 feeling words.
These are your frequency words for 2026. 💝
Why This Matters:
You’ve been focusing on outcomes: pregnant, baby, motherhood.
But here’s what I’ve learned: Your spirit baby is drawn to your true, authentic frequency—the one underneath the fear, anxiety, doubt, pressure, and control. ✨
When you learn to access that frequency—when you become her—you’re who they recognize.
Not someday. Right now.
This challenge isn’t about doing more. It’s about clearing away what’s covering your true frequency.

Day 2: The question that changes everything
Yesterday you identified your 3 feeling words for 2026.
(If you haven’t yet—do that first. It’s the foundation.)
Today, we practice the question that shifts everything.
Today’s Practice: What Am I Blessed With? (5 minutes)
Before you check your phone. Before you do anything else today.
Sit quietly. Hand on your heart.
Ask: “What am I blessed with?”
Not generic gratitude. Specific blessings:
- My body that woke me up this morning
- This partnership where we can be honest
- The capacity to desire motherhood this deeply
- The warm coffee in my hands right now
- This breath
Notice 3-5 specific blessings. Feel them in your body as you name them.
Do this every morning this week.
Why This Matters:
“Am I pregnant yet?” trains your nervous system to look for what’s missing.
“What am I blessed with?” trains your nervous system to notice what’s already here.
Gratitude is where your nervous system feels safe. 💗
And your body can’t create from lack—it creates from fullness.
This isn’t bypassing your pain. This isn’t pretending you don’t want your baby.
This is training your system to hold both: the longing AND the blessing. The desire AND the presence.
That’s the frequency of receiving.

Day 3: What if your body isn’t broken?
For two days now, you’ve been practicing:
- Identifying how you want to FEEL in 2026
- Noticing what you’re blessed with
Today, we learn to listen to your body’s wisdom.
Today’s Practice: Body Listening (5 minutes)
Find a quiet moment. Sit or lie down comfortably.
Place one hand on your heart, one hand on your womb space.
Close your eyes. Breathe.
Ask your body: “What do you need me to know today?”
Then listen. Without fixing. Without solving. Without analyzing.
Just listen.
You might hear words. You might feel sensations. You might see images. You might hear nothing at all.
All of it is perfect.
When you’re done, say: “Thank you. I’m listening.”
Why This Matters:
Your body has been carrying you for 40+ years.
It has healed every wound. Fought every infection. Regenerated trillions of cells.
Your body knows how to create life.
You’re not trying to fix it or force it.
You’re learning to listen to it. To partner with it. To trust it.
This practice shifts you from fighting your body to partnering with it.
From control to collaboration.
From “you’re broken” to “you’re wise.”

Tomorrow: We practice the breath that signals safety.

Day 4: The breath that says “you’re safe”
You’ve been identifying your frequency, noticing blessings, and listening to your body.
Today, we practice signaling safety to your nervous system.
Today’s Practice: Safety Breath (5 minutes)
Sit or lie down comfortably. Hand on heart, hand on belly.
Breathe in a 4-4-4-4 pattern:
Inhale for 4 counts: “I am safe”
Hold for 4 counts: “My body is wise”
Exhale for 4 counts: “I trust my timing”
Hold empty for 4 counts: “I am exactly where I need to be”
Repeat this cycle for 5 minutes.
Why This Matters:
Your body won’t prioritize reproduction when your nervous system is in survival mode.
This breath pattern signals: We’re safe. We can receive.
It’s not just a nice idea. It’s physiology.
When you regulate your breath, you regulate your nervous system.
When your nervous system feels safe, your body can shift from survival mode into creation mode.
This is one of the most powerful practices you can do daily.

Day 5: You’ve been living at 2x speed
You’re almost halfway through the 12 days.
You’ve been practicing trust, gratitude, listening, and safety.
Today’s practice is simple—but it might be the hardest one yet.
Today’s Practice: Slow Everything 10% (All Day)
Today, slow everything you do by just 10%:
- Walk 10% slower
- Talk 10% slower
- Eat 10% slower
- Move 10% slower
Notice what you feel. Notice the urge to speed back up.
Stay slow anyway.
Why This Matters:
You’ve been living at 2x speed—productivity pace.
But fertility happens at 1x speed—life pace.
Your body needs you to slow down.
Conception doesn’t happen in rushing. It happens in rhythm. In presence. In the space between breaths.
When you slow down, your nervous system can finally exhale.
And that exhale? That’s where creation begins

Day 6: What are you leaving in 2025?
It’s New Year’s Eve.
Perfect timing for today’s practice.
Today’s Practice: Release Ritual (10 minutes)
Take a piece of paper. Write at the top: “What I’m releasing from 2025”
Then list whatever is true for you:
- Urgency
- Comparison to others
- The belief I’m broken
- Forcing and controlling
- Fear that I’m running out of time
- The pressure to have it all figured out
Write whatever needs to be released.
Then: Burn it safely, or tear it into tiny pieces and throw it away.
As you do, speak out loud:
“I release this. It’s not coming with me into 2026.”
Why This Matters:
You can’t enter a new frequency while carrying the old one.
Let it dissolve. Let it go. Make space for what wants to come.
This isn’t spiritual bypassing. This is conscious choice.
You’re not pretending the fear wasn’t real. You’re choosing not to carry it forward.
2026 begins with a clean slate. With your true frequency uncovered.

Day 7: Happy New Year—You’re exactly on time
Happy New Year!
You’re halfway through the 12 days.
You’ve been practicing trust, gratitude, listening, safety, slowing down, and letting go.
Today—New Year’s Day—we practice one of the most important truths on this journey:
You’re not behind.
Today’s Practice: Timeline Trust (5 minutes)
Place your hand on your heart and say:
“I’m not behind. I’m not too late.”
Place your hand on your womb and say:
“My baby’s timing is perfect.”
Both hands on your belly:
“I was chosen for this exact journey.”
Breathe here for 5 minutes. Let it land in your body.
Why This Matters:
Your spirit baby didn’t choose you despite your age, your timing, or your journey.
They chose you because of it.
The delays weren’t delays. They were preparation.
The timing isn’t wrong. It’s precise.
The 40+ years you’ve lived? That’s exactly what qualifies you to be their mother.
You’re not behind. You’re exactly on time.

Day 8: Your spirit baby is already here
Today’s practice is one of the most profound you’ll do in this 12-day journey.
You’re going to connect with your spirit baby.
Today’s Practice: Spirit Baby Meditation (5-10 minutes)
Sit quietly. Place your hand on your womb space.
Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths.
Imagine your baby as pure energy—light, warmth, presence.
Say out loud or internally:
“I’m here. I’m preparing for you. I see you.”
Then listen. Stay open. Notice what you feel, see, or sense.
No need to force anything. Just be present.
Stay here for 5-10 minutes.
Why This Matters:
Your baby isn’t waiting for you to be perfect, healed, or ready.
They’re waiting for you to be present. To remember they’re already here in spirit.
This practice strengthens your connection. It reminds you: you’re not alone on this journey.
Some women feel warmth. Some see colors or images. Some hear words. Some feel nothing at all.
All of it is valid. All of it is connection.
Trust what comes. Trust what doesn’t come.
Your baby knows you’re listening.

Day 9: The art of receiving
We’re in the home stretch now—only 4 days left.
You’ve been practicing trust, gratitude, body wisdom, safety, presence, release, timeline trust, and spirit baby connection.
Today, we practice one of the hardest things: holding your desire without grasping.
Today’s Practice: Open Hands (5 minutes)
Sit comfortably. Rest your hands on your thighs, palms facing up—literally open.
Close your eyes. Visualize holding your desire in your open palms:
- Your desire for motherhood
- This month’s hope
- Your dream of family
Notice: Do your hands want to close? To grip? To protect?
This is your instinct. Breathe with it.
Consciously keep your hands open. Even though it feels vulnerable.
Whisper: “I can hold this without controlling it.”
Stay here for 5 minutes
Why This Matters:
You can’t receive with clenched fists.
Open hands = open womb = open heart.
This practice teaches you to hold your desire without desperation. To stay open without grasping.
Grasping comes from fear: “If I don’t hold tight, I’ll lose it.”
Openness comes from trust: “I can hold this lightly and still receive it.”
That’s the frequency of receiving.

What am I trying to control? What if I let my hands stay open?

Day 10: Stop asking “Am I pregnant yet?
Three more days.
Today’s practice might be the most challenging yet—because it asks you to notice and shift a pattern you’ve been running for months (maybe years).
Today’s Practice: Presence Over Checking (All Day)
Today, notice how many times you ask yourself: “Am I pregnant yet?”
Not out loud. But in your mind. In your body. In the constant checking.
Each time you catch yourself, replace it with one of these:
- “Am I present right now?”
- “What am I blessed with right now?”
- “What does trust feel like in this moment?”
Return to here. Return to now.
Why This Matters:
“Am I pregnant yet?” keeps you living in the future. In lack. In waiting.
Presence brings you here—where life is actually happening.
Your body can’t relax into creation when you’re constantly interrogating it about outcomes.
But when you come back to presence? Your nervous system exhales.
And that exhale? That’s fertile ground.
This isn’t giving up on your desire. This is learning to hold it from a different frequency.
Not grasping. Not checking. Just being.

Day 11: You’re not broken
One more day after this.
Today’s practice addresses the deepest wound most women carry on this journey:
The belief that you’re broken.
Today’s Practice: Wholeness Meditation (5 minutes)
Place your hand on your heart:
“I am whole, exactly as I am.”
Place your hand on your womb:
“Nothing is missing.”
Both hands on your body:
“I am complete. Motherhood expands me—it doesn’t complete me.”
Breathe here for 5 minutes. Let these truths land in your body.
Why This Matters:
Your baby isn’t waiting for you to be healed, fixed, or complete.
They’re waiting for you to remember: you’re already whole. 💝
Motherhood doesn’t complete you. It expands you.
But that expansion can only happen from a foundation of wholeness.
When you believe you’re broken, you approach your fertility journey from lack—trying to fix, force, control your way to “good enough.”
When you know you’re whole, you approach from abundance—trusting, opening, receiving.
Your baby is drawn to that wholeness. To that frequency.

Practice it right now for 5 minutes.
This is the practice you return to—daily, weekly, whenever you need to come back to your frequency.
Why This Matters:
12 days creates awareness. One year creates transformation. ✨
You’ve tasted what’s possible. You’ve felt the shift.
Now the question is: Do you want to go deeper?
Do you want to embody this frequency so completely that it becomes your default way of being?
Not just for 12 days. But for an entire year.
