Due to the high-touch, personalized nature of this experience, Julie works with a select number of women each year who are fully committed to their journey. Mindset: You approach your journey with a positive, abundant mindset.

Commitment: You are ready to invest time, energy, and focus on your transformation (3-5 hours per week).

Nutrition: You are open to a holistic dietary approach, which includes incorporating nutrient-dense animal foods.

Lifestyle: You are committed to limiting alcohol, avoiding recreational drugs, and prioritizing a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Partnership Requirements (If applicable):

Julie believes that a strong partnership forms the foundation for a healthy family.

You and your partner share a loving, supportive relationship and both are committed to health and wellness.

Both of you are non-smokers, non-vapers, and committed to optimal health.
