3. Dress Comfortably and Hydrate: Wear something cozy and have a glass of water or warm tea nearby to stay nourished.

4. Set an Intention: Think about what you hope to receive from this experience. This is a time for deep connection with your desire.

What If You’re Attending from Work or a Busy Environment?

If you’re joining from a place where full participation isn’t possible, no worries! We’ll be sending a replay of the session so you can go through the meditation in a private, relaxed setting later.  Check your spam folder if you do not see the email within 24 hours.
