TERMS OF SERVICE for The Heart Portal: Foundation Circle
This container is a sacred commitment—to yourself, your journey, and the depth of transformation you are choosing.
We hold this space with integrity, devotion, and high standards, and ask that you enter with the same level of responsibility.
By enrolling in the Heart Portal: Foundation Circle, you are entering into a committed agreement—one that honors your readiness to walk this path with devotion, responsibility, and integrity.
Please read carefully:
1. Membership & Access
Payment Terms & Commitment
This is a 12-month commitment container. Enrollment is for the full term.
By enrolling, you agree to the full program investment, regardless of whether you choose to pay in full or via a payment plan.
Payment plans are offered as a courtesy to support your commitment and do not represent a subscription that can be canceled at will. All payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
You are financially responsible for the full investment and agree to complete all remaining payments, regardless of participation level, results, or personal circumstances.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Collections or legal action for outstanding balances
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to lack of results, non-participation, or personal circumstances.
Failed Payments:
If a payment fails or is missed:
- Your access to the Foundation Circle will be revoked immediately.
- Outstanding balances remain due and must be paid in full according to your agreement.
- Reinstatement is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.
- Non-participation does not release you from your financial commitment.
2. Access & Duration
We hold this space as sacred, sovereign, and spiritually safe.
Enrollment includes:
- Access to live calls for the duration of your active enrollment period (1 year)
- Lifetime access to call replays made available during your active enrollment
- Lifetime access to the Foundation Circle digital program materials
After your enrollment period ends:
- You will retain access to replays you had access to during your active year
- You will not receive access to new calls or future replays
2A. Private Mentorship Calls (Applicable Only to Plans That Include 1:1 Support)
Certain enrollment packages may include private one-to-one mentorship calls with Julie Zhenning. These terms apply only to members enrolled in a plan that explicitly includes private mentorship support.
Private Mentorship Terms:
- Eligible members receive six (6) private one-to-one mentorship calls during their active enrollment period.
- Each private mentorship call is sixty (60) minutes in duration.
- Calls must be scheduled and completed within the member’s active enrollment period and do not roll over beyond the 12-month container.
- Members are responsible for scheduling calls through the designated booking system.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a call.
- Missed calls or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
- Unused calls are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Private mentorship calls may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person.
- If payments become delinquent or a payment plan fails, access to remaining private mentorship calls may be suspended until the account is brought current.
- Completion of all scheduled calls is not guaranteed if the member delays scheduling throughout the enrollment period.
3. Community Guidelines

Expectations:
- Engage respectfully and compassionately.
- Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences.
- Avoid unsolicited advice or promotional content.
- Uphold the energetic integrity of the space.
- Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
- Licensed for personal use only.
- Sharing, copying, or recording is strictly prohibited.
- Downloading materials is not allowed unless explicitly stated.
- Access is granted to a single user only and may not be shared. Your access is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or program materials will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the nature of this work and the immediate access to materials, live sessions, energetic container, and any included private mentorship support, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including inactivity.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us first to seek resolution.
- May result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from future programs
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds for unauthorized chargebacks, including legal and administrative fees.
7. Limitations & Disclaimers
- This program is for educational and spiritual purposes only and does not substitute for medical advice.
- We make no guarantees regarding conception, pregnancy, or specific outcomes.
- You are responsible for your own health choices and decisions.
- Your experience is influenced by your level of participation, openness, and personal responsibility.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall never exceed the membership fees paid during the previous 3 months.
8. Platform Usage & Technical Terms
- Course materials are hosted on MemberPress
- We are not liable for downtime or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
- Scheduled maintenance may occur without prior notice.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- We are not liable for unauthorized access due to negligence.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Informal Resolution: Members agree to attempt good faith resolution via email.
- Mediation: If unresolved, parties agree to mediate in San Diego County, California.
- Arbitration: Failing mediation, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA rules.
- Court Injunctions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in a competent court if necessary.
